Right of withdrawal

1.1 According to the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Buyer may, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the package containing the ordered goods, withdraw from the purchase contract by returning the goods received in their original packaging, without tampering with any guarantee seal or simply opening and/or damaging the external packaging itself.

1.2 The provisions relating to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain categories of goods and services set out in art. 59 of the Consumer Code remain valid.

1.3 Pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Italian Consumer Code, the return costs will be borne exclusively by the Buyer. Until the package is delivered to the Seller, the responsibility and custody of the same are the responsibility of the Buyer. Any loss or damage to the same may have consequences on the refund.

1.4 The Seller will refund the customer the entire amount already paid for the product within 14 days of receiving the return form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods for appropriate checks, in any case no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the return form.

1.5 For orders under €50.00, €4.00 will not be refunded as shipping costs. Furthermore, if the Order included gadgets and free products, including "free samples", if these are not returned, €10.00 will be retained from the refund.

1.6 If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 7 days of receiving the products, you can fill out a communication using the following methods and choose to receive other replacement items or exercise the right of withdrawal and receive a refund for the returned products.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to contracts concluded through our site, therefore it does not apply to cosmetics purchased from retailers or third parties and if still packaged.

How do I make a return?

To exercise this right, you must send us a written communication to customerservice@seeme.skin within 14 days of receiving the goods, indicating:

a) the invoice and order number

b) the description and quantity of the returned products, in the event of partial withdrawal

c) indicating the products you wish to receive as a replacement (while stocks last) and your bank details to make the refund.

In case the payment was made by credit card or Pay Pal, the refund will be made by partial or total reversal of the transaction.

1.7 The products must be returned to the Seller in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, perfectly sealed, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them, in conditions such that they can be put back on the market. If the returned products do not have the characteristics listed above, the return will not be accepted and the package will be sent back to the Buyer.

1.8 Returns of products will not be accepted beyond the legal deadline established for withdrawal and contractual cancellation.
